Debbi was my very first close friend after moving to Alexandria. I made a few friends in school but when I met Debbi, I knew she would be my friend forever. We kept in touch, fell out of touch and then reconnected 15 or 20 years ago. I was very fortunate to get together with her in our old stomping ground to reminisce and have lunch together. I knew she had been battling her illness for a while. I'm just sorry after she went back home from the hospital this last time that there wasn't enough time to see her again. Her contagious laugh, her gentle way and her friendship will always stay with me. I love ya Deb.
He's retired and living back down in southwestern Viriginia. He's on Facebook - Stephen Hurley.... It might be Stephen D. Hurley. Shall I tell him you were asking about him?
